In February 1919 RAF DH.9s transported some essential supplies for the population of war-stricken Belgium. Aircraft Transport & Travel were somehow involved and D1197 wears small titles. The next five aircraft are D628, H4275, D1217, D1206 and D1214. All six were assigned to No 120 Sqn at Hawkinge, near Folkestone, tasked with mail and communication flights. A Dutch newspaper reported that the minor airlift was between Folkestone and Ghent. The aircraft codes might refer to the squadron's A and B flights. The farthest aircraft is coded A1.
