The 131st FS deployed eight F-15Cs to Hohn AB for participation in exercise Air Defender 2023. 84-0010 was among these. As can be seen here, this aircraft carries a MiG kill marking for having shot down an Iraqi Su-22 on 22 March 1991. At that time, the aircraft was operated by the 53rd TFS, based at Bitburg AB, Germany (tailcode BT).
