This Air Saint-Pierre ATR42 is based in the French overseas territory of Saint Pierre and Miquelon which is an archipelago of eight islands located off the southwest coast of Newfoundland. It usually flies schedule services between St-Pierre (FSP) and Halifax (CYHZ) (607 km) and St-Pierre and Montreal (CYUL) (1,363 km).
