Delivered to SAS on lease from Swissair as SE-DBZ in 1967. To Swissair as HB-IFN in 1968 then to Texas International Airlines as N545TX then to New York Air in 1981. Reregistered as N545NY in 1982. New York Air merged into Continental Airlines in 1987. Reregistered as N58545 in 1993. Withdrawn from use at San Bernadino, CA in 1999 and scrapped.
