This BP photo is believed to be the Great Moscow Circus arriving at Perth for the start of a highly successful tour of Australia. CCCP-75439 was a new aircraft registered in April 1967. Photo date given is 1967. First performance of the tour was in Perth in January 1968 and performers would have needed to acclimatise after leaving Russia in winter for an Australian summer. December 1967 arrival have allowed time for that . CCCP-74539 withdrawn from use in November 1983.
