Test reg PH-EXT before delivery to NLM Cityhopper as PH-CHB in 1978 who merged into KLM Cityhopper in 1990. Returned to Fokker then to Air Ostrava as OK-IEL and returned as PH-CHB in 1996. To Merpati Nusantara Airlines as PK-MSW in 1997. Returned to the lessor as PH-CHB in 1998 then to Air Mauritanie as 5T-CLH in 1999. Withdrawn from use by 2006 and scrapped at Nouakchott.
