Vee Neal Airlines changed its name to Jetstream International Airlines after the the company recieved their first Jetstreams in December 1983. In 1985 the company was bought by Piedmont Airlines and the Jetstream's began to fly as Piedmont Commuter. After Piedmont itself was bought by USAir the aircraft changed colours again and flew as USAir Express until the first half of the 1990s. Some aircraft ended up at other companies and others were put into storage. N847JS was one of the unfortunate ones which was broken up by White Industries at Bates City (MO)
