Delivered to Northwest Orient as N383US in 1968. To Royal Air Maroc as CN-RMC in 1975 then to Omega Air in 1995 and stored at Shannon. Leased to Aeropostal de Mexico as XA-TDZ in 1997 and returned in 1998. To Skymaster Airlines as PT-WSY in 1998, Beta Air Cargo as PP-BRH and then back to Omega Air as N677R in 2001.
