Delivered to Northwest Orient as N384US in 1968. To Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) as SU-BAO in 1978. Leased to Egyptair in 1982 and reregistered as SU-EAA in 1983 then to Misr Overseas Airways in 1984. Withdrawn from use at Cairo in 1989 and later scrapped.
