Czechoslovak all-wood aircraft designed to participate in sports competitions and as a courier plane to transport top managers and documents in the Bata concern. Only this prototype was produced, which was flown in 1937. The plane survived the Second World War hidden in a hangar, and then was donated to the National Technical Museum in Prague.
