Following a hydraulic failure the nose wheel failed to deploy whilst landing at Elstree on Feb 5, 2005. The props were feathered and remained undamaged during the emergency landing. Unfortunately as attempts were made to remove the aircraft from the runway the main wheels collapsed. The pilot and passenger escaped uninjured.
