VH-BPZ was delivered to Bush Pilots Airways at Cairns in 1967. It was sold to Nationwide Air Service in 1973. In 1976 it was fitted with a device for sampling air. VH-BPZ remained registered in 2017 but its actual status is unclear. In 2007 it was engineless and stored in the open at Roma Queensland but was no longer there in 2016.
