In special colours celebrating the 60th anniversary of the first flight of the Mi-8 and the 55th anniversary of the introduction of the type into the service of the Czechoslovakian Air Force. Assigned to the 222nd Helicopter Squadron (222. vrtulníková letka) stationed at the 22nd Helicopter Air Base "Biskajská", Náměšť nad Oslavou.
