This DC-9 was delivered to Kuwait on 15 October 1976 as part of a Foreign Military Sales progra on US Navy budget (it was assigned BuNo 160749). The VIP / transport jet was destroyed by Iraqi Forces at Kuwait International on 2 September 1990 during the first Gulf War. It was fully scrapped by February 1991.
