Taken on strength 21 December 1956. To civil register as CF-JJQ and lent to Dominion Helicopters by November 1958. Also operated by Spartan Air Services during loan period. Back to RCAF on 2 September 1965. Struck off Strength 3 May 1973. On civil register as CF-GQS in 1976. Here just arrived at the BC Aviation Museum and still on its flat-bed transport trailer. (Note: aircraft with this serial stored at CFB Comox, BC in October 2005 is actually ex USAF H-21B, 53-4366.)
