This Duck served previously with the US Coast Guard as 33587. After being SOC in 1946 she passed through a series of ciivilian owners and appeared in various films, including 'Murphy's War', before retiring to the National Museum of the USAF where she is on display as a circa late-1940s USAF rescue OA-12 48-563.
