Former BOAC Comet G-APDT was leased to Mexicana in 1965. First registered XA-POW, it was re-registered XA-NAB in 1967. Returned to BOAC in December 1969, the aircraft was used for BOAC Apprentice Training painted as G-APDT. Later re-painted in British Airways colors, it was donated to the airport for fire training.
