Assigned to the 10th Airborne Command and Control Squadron based at Mildenhall. Delivered in 1962 as a KC-135A airborne command post. Retained by Boeing and converted to an EC-135H in 1966. Rerengined in 1982. Retired at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1991 and dismantled for corrosion testing. Remains scrapped.
