Taxiing out past Tyee Spit for departure from Campbell River following a short stop. Later destroyed in a sadly fatal accident in July 2019. While flying to a remote fishing lodge on the central BC coast in conditions of heavy rain showers and generally limited visibility, the aircraft struck a heavily forested hillside on Addenbrooke Island. The pilot and three passengers were killed and the other five occupants injured, four seriously. This photo is copyright © David A.
