Delivered to KLM as PH-DNG in 1967. To Midway Airlines as N940ML in 1987 then to Midwest Express Airlines and reregistered as N302ME in 1991. Renamed to Midwest Airlines in 2003. Sold as 3D-MRL then ZS-MRJ in 2004, ZS-TGL in 2005 and 3D-MRL in 2009. Withdrawn from use at Tripoli. Last seen in 2013.
