This aircraft was damaged beyond repair at Redhill Aerodrome, Surrey, on 11th April 2013 when a student pilot on his first solo lifted off, the helicopter rolled and yawed right and the main rotor blades struck the ground which caused the helicopter to roll onto its side. Fortunately the pilot was uninjured and was able to exit the helicopter unassisted. The registration was subsequently cancelled from the British register on 4th March 2014.
