Described on the register simply as a Thruster, no model. It would be from a kit supplied by the originators of the design, Thruster Aircraft (Steve Cohen) of Sydney, Australia. UK Thrusters were built under licence. Australian and UK ultralight regulations did not always align and there were models developed specially for the UK not seen in Australia and NZ.
