Delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8031 in 1968. To Airborne Express as N807AX then to Aero Peru as OB-R1323 then OB-1323 in 1988. Returned to the lessor as N66656 in 1991. To Arrow Air in 1993 and converted to a freighter in 1994. To Digex Aero Cargo as PP-DGX in 1995. Reregistered as PP-DGP then returned to the lessor as N66656 in 1997. To Guinee Express Air as 3X-GDN in 2004. Withdrawn from use at Tripoli in 2007. Destroyed when it was set on fire during fighting in 2019.
