Delivered to Iberia as EC-BYK in 1972. To McDonnell-Douglas as N521MD then to the US Navy as C-9B 164607 in 1990. Intended for NASA as N934NA but not delivered and to the Pima Air and Space Museum, AZ in 2005. Scrapped in 2022.
