Delivered to the USAF on 5 April 1994 and first served the 389th FS/366th Wing with MO tailcode. Was then moved to Ogden Air Logistic Center (Hill AFB, UT) for Common Configuration Implementation Program (CCIP) that contained major improvements to the aircraft avionics and cockpit. It arrived in January 2007 with the 16th WS of the 57th Wing at Nellis and served there up to January 2008 when it was transferred to the Thunderbirds.
