Delivered to JAL as JA8033 in 1968. To Conner Airlines as N163CA in 1984 then to International Air Leases in 1985, Aeromexico as XA-AMR in 1986, returned in 1988 and reregistered as N163CA. Converted to a freighter for International Cargo Express - ICX in 1989 then reregistered as N21CX in 1993. They merged into Air Transport International in 1994.
