Delivered to Pan Am as N796PA in 1964. To Avianca as HK-1849 in 1976 then to Burlington Air Express as N865BX in 1985. To Buffalo Airways and then to Race Aviation as HR-AMZ in 1993. To Mas Air Cargo as CX-BSB then P4-CCG and back to CX-BSB in 1996. To Transcontinental Sur in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Montevideo in 1999 and later scrapped.
