Delivered to American Airlines as N8412 in 1968. To Aerotal Colombia as HK-2842X in 1982. then to Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1983 and stored at Panama City. Reregistered as HP-1028 in 1984. To Israeli Aircraft Industries in 1985 then to the Peruvian Air Force as 319 in 1988. Used dual registration OB-1371 from 1990 until around 2000. Withdrawn from use at Lima by 2003.
