This An-2 was originally delivered as OK-MYB to Svazarm in June 1958 and operated by Aeroklub Bratislava and later Aeroklub Kosice. In November 1990 the plane went to Univerz Air and then, in August 1993, to North Adriatic Aviation. Sometime in 1994 the frame joined the Croatian AF as 013.
