About to land on Runway 31 at Prestwick. The "Respect Hall" artwork, and web address refer to a resort, spa and conference centre in the Yalta area of Ukraine. Previously UR-NOA, registered to Aerostar Airlines Ltd, a provider of business jet services in Ukraine. In transit through Prestwick, with a recently issued and short-lived registration allocated to Aerostar America Inc, possibly related to a visit to the USA for significant maintenance work.
