New to Eastern Al as N5527 on 16 Apr 1959. To SAM Colombia as HK691 on 27 Nov 1970. Back to Eastern as N99583 on 23 Mar 1977 and onwards to Aeroservicios de California as XA-SAM in Apr 1977. To American Jet Industries (AJI) on 07 Feb 1978 and converted to a freighter. To Hawaiian Air Cargo as N346HA on 14 Nov 1978. To Zantop International on 02 Feb 1980. Leased to Fred Olsen from Aug 1995 to Aug 1996. To TMC Airlines on 01 Nov 1998. Airline ceased ops in 2005 and it was noted at YIP without props on 31 Aug 2005. To Buffalo Airways for spares.
