Delivered to Capitol International Airways as N4904C in 1963. Leased to Eastern Air Lines as N8740 in 1967 and returned as N4904C in 1968. To Aviaco as EC-CQM in 1975 then to AECA as HC-BLU in 1985 and TPI International Airways as N355Q in 1987. Reregistered as N356WS in 1989. To Transportes Aereos Boliviana as CP-2217 in 1991 then to Global Air Transport as PP-TAR in 1998 and TCB - Transportes Charter Do Brasil in 1999.
