Originally built as a Convair 240-23 and delivered new to Garuda Indonesian Airways as PK-GCI. To General Dynamics in October 1964 as N94294, and was the first Convair 600 conversion. Delivered to Central Airlines in December 1965 as CV-600-240D N74859. Central merged with Frontier Airlines in October 1967. Exported to Indonesia in December 1970. Registered as PK-RCP and operated by Seulawah Airways. Withdrawn from use in 1979.
