Based in Europe for twenty years and at nearby Burtonwood for much of the 1950s. After the base closed in early 1959 the aircraft was based at Speke for several weeks. It was later converted to an EC-47Q for service in South East Asia and was eventually withdrawn at Clark AFB in the Philippines in 1974 This photo was added on 18 December 2023, and has since been viewed 244 times. |
