About to land on Runway 31 at Prestwick. Highland Airways ceased operations in March 2010. Initially parked at Cardiff, the stored aircraft's fuselage was used in scenes shot in the Scottish Highlands for the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises". The flight deck was later purchased by a former pilot for preservation in the Inverness area and subsequent use as an educational resource. This photo is copyright © David A.
