Built as a CV440 in 1957 and registered as N8473H. To Canadair as CF-LMN in 1959 and converted to a CV540/CL-66C. To the RCAF as 11161 in 1962. To General Motors as N969N in 1966. Converted to a CV580 for North Central Airlines in 1967 who merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. To other operators from 1988 then to Air Tahoma as N582P in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Columbus-Rickenbacker when they ceased operations in 2009. Scrapped in 2021.
