Delivered to Braniff Airways as CV340-32 N3412 in 1952. To Caribair in 1962. Converted to a CV640 in 1966. Caribair merged into Eastern Air Lines then to Zantop International Airlines in 1973. To SMB Stage Lines in 1981, Kitty Hawk Airways in 1991 and Rhoades Aviation in 2000. Cancelled from the register in 2012, Scrapped at unknown location.
