Delivered to KLM as CV340-48 PJ-CVC in 1953. Later converted to a CV440. Reregistered as PH-CGN in 1957. To Hawaiian Airlines as N5512K in 1959. Converted to a CV640(F) in 1966. To Zantop International Airlines in 1973. Withdrawn from use at Detroit-Willow Run in 1994 and scrapped in 2001/2.
