This Cessna 550 Citation II was registered to Heerema Ingenieursbureau BV on 8 August 1978. The c/n is 550-0020 and the line-number is 0023. The Cessna test regi was N3236M. In July 1983 it was exported to Belgium as OO-RJT, but a few weeks later in November it was restored as PH-HES. On 26 January 1984 it was exported to the USA as N4578F. During 1985 the Citation was converted to a Cessna 551 Citation II / SP, enabling it to be operated by a Single Pilot. The c/n changed into 551-0071.
