At the time of this photo the aircraft had the VF-41 badge used in the Korean war applied on the red stripe of the fuselage, that identify the Squadron. The Demon was used for a short period by VF-41, approximately between 1958 and 1962, and apparently never wore the AF tail code, but the AM and AG ones. Photos taken in later years infact show the same displayed aircraft painted with the AG-100 unit code.
