Delivered to Continental Air Lines as CV340-35 N90856 in 1953. To Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing as N3M in 1958. Converted to a CV440. To North Central Airlines as N2728R in 1964. Converted to a CV580 in 1969. North Central merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. To other owners after 1992 then to Air Venezuela as YV-968C in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Caracas when they ceased operations in 2001. Derelict by 2003. Scrapped by 2005.
