Delivered to Delta Air Lines as CV340-38 N4805C in 1953. Converted to a CV440. To North Central Airlines in 1960. Converted to a CV580 in 1967. North Central merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. To other owners after 1992. Withdrawn from use at El Paso, TX in 1997 and scrapped in 2018.
