Delivered to KLM as PH-LLF in in 1960. To Universal Airlines as N856U and converted to an L-188C(F) freighter in 1968. To Saturn Airways in 1972 who merged into Trans International Airlines in 1976 and were renamed to Transamerica Airlines in 1979. To DHL Cargo in 1983 and reregistered as N107DH in 1984. Leased to other operators from 1985. Withdrawn from use at Tucson, AZ in 1993 and scrapped in 2003.
