Delivered new to United as a DC-8-61 registered N8089U on 06 Aug 1968. Converted to a DC-8-71 in Apr 1983. WFU and stored at Mojave, CA in Nov 1991. Converted to a freighter for Burlington Air Express as N828BX on 07 Oct 1993. Noted as BAX Global in Oct 1997. To Air Transport International in Dec 2002. WFU and stored at Mojave, CA in Feb 2011.
