After seventeen years of service with the USAAF this C-45 went on to save countless lives as a medevac aircraft in Oregon and Northern California. She was built in 1942 and finally retired in 1980 so fully deserves her place amongst other great aircraft at the incredible Museum of Flight. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
