The earliest aerial imagery showing this helipad is from 1994. The associated hospital closed in November 2013, as a result of the opening of Mercy Health West Hospital nearby. Demolition work removed this helipad (and indeed the rest of the hospital) sometime after I took this photo, it's no longer visible in aerial imagery from June 2016.
