Although not marked as such, this C-21A was assigned to the 375th Airlift Wing when the photo was taken. This a/c was deployed to the Middle East and participated in Desert Storm in 1991. Later it was assigned to the North Dakota Air National Guard. It was delivered to the USAF Museum on 28 August 2013.
