Delivered new as N1040 in Jan 1969. Reregistered to N1039 on 11 Sep 1980 and operated by Dantata Nigeria. To the Bermudan register as VR-BLJ on 26 Jan 1990. Destroyed on 20 Jun 1996 on approach to Jos airport in Nigeria when it struck a radio antenna. All 12 on board were killed.
