Stored beside a hangar at I74. Ex USAF 51-11719, rebuilt by Beech from T-11 41-27580 c/n 1425 in 1953. Entered the civil registry as N87689 in 1963 with the US Department of Agriculture, and stayed with them until 1982, when she came to Ohio and became an instructional airframe at the Aviation High School at Burke Lakefront airport. Later noted stored there until 1999, I'm not certain when she arrived in Urbana. Has since been restored by the Champaign Aviation Museum, and now stands outside their hangar as a gateguard of sorts.
