Build as a C-47A. Sold to ANA in Australia VH-IND. Double cargo doors replaced by a single passenger door and P&W R-1830 engines replaced by Wright R-1820s in line with rest of the fleet. ANA taken over by Ansett. VH-IND transferred to subsidiary South Pacific Airlines of New Zealand (SPANZ) as ZK-BYE. Given Viewmaster windows and P&W R-1830 refitted. WFU when SPANZ closed.
